CLEMSON BOUND!!

A couple months ago Steve received a phone call from Clemson University for acceptance into the Master's of Real Estate Development Program. Clemson is where he really wanted to go and when the phone rang with area code "864" on it the little boy came out in him again... (although he always seems like a little boy). A couple days later, he received the official acceptance letter in the mail. We are now in the process of planning to make the move to SOUTH CAROLINA where we'll be for the next two years!! Here are a couple pics:

We are totally excited, a little overwhelmed, but are anxious to pursue our opportunities at Clemson. We are really sad to say goodbye for now to our family and friends here. Steve has already converted to Clemson Football and Clemson Athletics! I'm excited to be back in the South where I grew up for the first 14 years of my life. It will definitely be a hard goodbye, and for those of you that know me you know I'm not good with goodbyes, but we're looking forward to the experience. We are also excited to be closer to other members of our families where we hope to see them more often. We hope to return to California one day of course!! We hope all of you will come visit and enjoy South Carolina!!

GO ON... BE A TIGER!!

Steve-O!

Long time, no see. Congrats on getting in to school. I hope life is treating you well. We're moving to Chicago, so if you're driving through that way on the way to South Carolina you should stay with us.

Alright Steve, so does this mean you are going to be able to make tons of money as a developer and cut deals on houses for all of your AWESOME friends whom you have known since your glory days in high school? Hurry up and graduate. Tai and I need a house.

P.S. You are just jealous because my cat has more hair than you
