We spent a nice relaxing Valentine's Day this year with just the three of us. Since Steve is still recovering from his surgery and Jack has a cold, we spent the day at home.
We started it off with some heart shaped pancakes.
Then we opened a few presents.
We ate a yummy dinner of Steve's favorite honey-lime salmon over a black bean, corn and spinach salad.
Then finished it off with my favorite, homemade creme brule with fresh raspberries.
That's what I call a great day!

I've been wanting creme brule so bad lately and I only made it that once for your birthday. (Remember, the one I forgot - yeah, I'm still embarrassed about that)
