we're all set for football season
We received a package today. Among the many great things that the box held was a special quilt. Made especially for us by the hands of Mama Lori J (one of the women I call mom) and our two nieces, Abby and Kate.
Needless to say, we love it! We can't wait to take it to the stadium, wrap up in it while we watch games from home, and keep it as a memory of our time here at Clemson.
Thank you for thinking of us!
**if you enlarge the photos you'll see that the quilt is made of purple and orange Clemson fabric. Nice to know they support our team in California as well as here!**
a new favorite
Steve's sister Becky and her family were so nice to send Jack a toy phone to let him know that they were thinking of him during his surgery a few weeks ago. The phone has quickly become a new favorite around the house, and it's a very hot commodity when Jack's friend Gus is over. They are both very protective of that phone!
Thanks Bailey family! We love it!
p.s. don't mind the bed head. he had just woken up from his nap.

this little guy...
is getting tubes on Thursday...

Poor little guy has had about 4 ear infections in the last 6 months or so. He has a lot of fluid built up in his middle ear that isn't going away and the only way to get rid of it is with tubes. We're nervous, but also excited to have something that will help him to feel better. Hopefully this will do the trick.
(sorry for the quality of the picture, I took it with my phone)
